Our friends bought a new home together for their upcoming wedding, and we knew that it was an occasion worth a fun celebration! We wanted to bring something that was an easy item to take over on our next visit but that still felt special. I decided to personalize a bottle of wine! This is a great DIY project to tackle, even if you're new to using a vinyl cutting machine, such as a Cricut! I recommend trying out Cricut's Textured Metallic Vinyl to add more texture and interest to your DIY! It comes in really beautiful metallic tones that shimmer in light. Our friends loved it so much that they kept the bottle! Here's what you will need:
A Cricut or other vinyl cutting machine A bottle of wine/champagne Cricut's Textured Metallic Vinyl Cricut's Standard Transfer Tape Take the initials and place them directly front and center on the bottle. Apply using transfer tape, being careful to smooth them from the center towards the edges. Place the individual leaves around the bottle, making sure to highlight the center portion by keeping space around them. It's a great beginner-friendly DIY!
